Highly Maneuverable land-based railgun platform. Has exposed turret ring and inner motor mechanism to boost turret rotation speed and its swiveling angle. Armor is minimized to boost mobility as the vehicle is the culmination of the surviving military that has been fighting rebel machines, which utilize absolutely disintegrating weaponry against which no armor can be helpful.
